2. Services Provided

Mazaryk Web Service Inc. offers a range of professional website services, including:

  • Website Design
  • Website Development
  • Website Hosting
  • Ongoing Maintenance
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Clients may initiate service requests via contact form, email, text message, or phone call. We strive to respond promptly and begin each engagement with a clear understanding of the project scope and expectations.

We work with third-party platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace, GoDaddy, and Namecheap as required. Project timelines are determined based on the nature and requirements of each project.

3. Payments and Fees

Pricing may be based on a flat project fee, a monthly renewing fee, or a combination of both, depending on the agreement.

Accepted Payment Methods: Credit Card, E-Transfer

Refunds: Issued at our discretion in cases of dissatisfaction with the delivered work. Performance metrics like traffic or sales are not valid grounds for refund. Setup or third-party fees are non-refundable.

Late Payments: No late fees are charged. However, services (including websites or landing pages) may be suspended for overdue accounts and will remain offline until payment is received. Mazaryk Web Service Inc. is not liable for revenue loss during this time.

4. Legal and Security

Intellectual Property: Clients own the final website and all related assets upon full payment. Any proprietary tools or automation used to create the site remain the property of Mazaryk Web Service Inc.

Warranties: No warranties are offered beyond those provided by third-party service providers.

Liability: We disclaim all liability for damages or losses resulting from our services, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination: Either party may terminate service with written notice. Client-owned assets will be delivered or made available for download upon final payment.

5. Additional Terms

Revisions: Three (3) rounds of revisions are included per project. Additional revisions may be billed hourly, with prior agreement.

Maintenance: Maintenance plans include bug fixes and updates under one (1) hour per task, up to three (3) tasks monthly. Larger structural changes are billed hourly.

Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide necessary assets (e.g., logos, media). Delays in communication or asset delivery may result in extended timelines. Clients are responsible for timely responses.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation before further legal action is considered.
